Windows Vista: Upgrading Microsoft.Net Framework 3.5 Family (KB959209)

You may try to download the stand alone update and check if it installs fine.

Access the link below and download the update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB959209) x86.

While downloading and installingall the updates available in the section titled Files in This Download, Make sure that the updates are installed in the following sequence:
1.    Install the update for the .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 -Windows6.0-KB958481-x86.msu
2.    Install the update for the .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 2 -Windows6.0-KB958483-x86.msu
3.    Install the update for the .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 -NDP35SP1-KB958484-x86.exe
Note: The updates below may not be listed in the install sequence indicated above, so please ensure you download and install these updates in the above sequence.

If the issue persists, I would suggest you touninstall all the versions of the .NET Framework on the computer, and then reinstall all the versions of the .NET Framework on the computer. Quando reiniciar o serviço “Spooler de Impressão” não adianta, é necessário apagar a fila de impressão do Windows XP.  para este feito, basta seguir os passos abaixo:

1. Clique no menu Iniciar > Executar > digite: cmd [Enter];
2. net stop spooler [Enter];
3. cd %systemroot%\system32\spool\PRINTERS [Enter];
4. del /f /s *.SHD [Enter];
5. del /f /s *.SPL [Enter];
6. net start spooler [Enter];
7. exit [Enter].
